"The check in process was very simple and pleasant. The staff member was very friendly and informative. The property is well located and is very well kept. It is close to many locations that are worth visiting. The rooms were kept clean with daily maintenance. Even check out was very easy. The staff member who checked me out was also very friendly and was very kind in helping me out. I’d definitely come back to stay here in the future. The only thing I wish was consistent is the food delivery people being able to come up and leave the food at the door. Overall, a great place to stay in downtown Vancouver! Great staff at the front desk, they need a raise 😊"
"Staff were professional, friendly and gave helpful suggestions about the area. Nice to have an open air loung in the front of the building to sit, relax and enjoy a night cap after a long day. Room was comfortable and clean. I would give it a five except there is no A/C but they did have a tower fan in the room (wisper quiet) that kept the room around 22 degrees. It also helped that the window opens BUT our room faced the water and that same bar was street level below us so with window open you hear it and road noises. By midnight it was quiet. It was not a big deal cause we were in bed around 11pm. You will likely see a lobby cat hanging out, cute and friendly. I would stay here again but may not if hotter summer months (we went mid June).
