"The location is convenient, being right in downtown, it also comes with significant downsides that impacted my stay.
The biggest issue is that the rooms are not soundproof. There is a constant level of outside noise, and it becomes especially noticeable at night. Emergency service sirens and general city activity made it difficult to get a good sleep.
I had specifically paid extra for a top-floor room with a balcony, expecting a quieter and more premium experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. If anything, the balcony seemed to make the noise situation worse, with more disturbance coming in from outside. It felt more like an upsell than a meaningful upgrade."
