Royal On The Park
We found Royal on the Park just lovely. Straight across the road to Botanic Gardens, easy walk . Would stay again, staff very accommodating. Reminds me of old school posh, lots of timber very beautiful.

The sheets were yellow the mattress had wee stains the tiles were moldy the rubbish bin had been spewed in it was absolutely disgusting
