Right from check-in i realised we had definitely picked the right place . We received a warm and friendly welcome and were shown to our room . The management, front of house, waiting and cleaning staff where all very polite and extremely helpful. The room which was on the M1 and A38 side of the hotel had excellent triple glazing so we experienced no noise at all.
