"Staff was nice, beds were comfortable, parking is easy, price is good, breakfastis nice to have. I was barefoot on the carpet once and it felt off like it had been wet so I felt iffy and kept socks or shoes on after. Bathroom seemed clean but needed maintenance. They charged an extra fee of $4 and change and said I wouldn't get a receipt when I asked because I booked through Expedia, so I asked what the charge was for...the room key and having a safe in the room. Can they charge extra? Sure. Do they tell you in the fine print? Yes (though I missed it and had asked the check in person if anything extra is being charged other than the deposit and she said no). Is it a lot? No. But do I find it objectionable that I'm renting a hotel room and getting charged extra for the means to get into the room (that only worked 1 out of 10ish tries, despite getting them replaced at one point)? 💯"

"The room was very nice. Not perfect...a small hole in the arm chair with stuffing hanging out, and the balcony was old and rusty. The air conditioning was noisy. Beyond that though, I was very very pleased, especially at the price point."

"Absolutely the worst night ever. I stayed to get rest the night before an important meeting and not at all good. First Place once u get off elevator is filthy, wallpaper peeling and Ac actually had moldy dust. Hair eminent in shower !! Sound proof rooms !!! No way. Young women room in next room was conducting business all night and across way screaming young child. No lock on slider door. I was moved at 1 am to a nicer room due to noise of women conducting business to 3rd floor was perfect…. Didn’t seem like same hotel…. But breakfast starts at 6 am went down at 6:40 was gone fresh fruit was a few oranges and NO Coffee!! Have video heading over to corporate!!! Day manager women in white suit had NO idea what happened during night and said she would need to look at rooms even though I showed video proof. Overall worst experience and low low low quality hotel. Not worthy if 1 star should be evaluated by board of health…"
