"Loved our stay!"

"A very clean and cozy room for a one night stay! We arrived before check-in and the staff was super nice & gave us the room early. Similarly at check-out, they offered to hold our luggage while we took one more walk round the city. Simple room, but has everything you could need & it's in a perfect location! Close to train station & everything else Brighton has to offer :)"

"Room was great, very helpful staff. Comfortable clean bed."

"Excellent location."

"Good position, comfortable and friendly"

"The location is at perfect distance from the beach and its attractions. It is a safe and cheap alternative for solo travelers without sharing bedroom or bathroom. Very clean, nice view, and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Brighton."

"A lovely place to stay in Brighton and located within easy distance anything within Brighton and beyond"

"Very nice property and staff very helpful."

"Great host, good value for money"

"We enjoyed our stay in Brighton, and at Kipps we felt overall clean, helpful staff, but felt the hotel was a little run down."

"Difficult to rate staff as no staff! Check in automated which needed to be completed probably day before with photo ID. Room clean and well presented. Bed comfortable. Stairs to bedroom on top floor were fine for me but might be a challenge for someone less mobile. Good location."

"although the room and building are bit old, it was clean and the shower worked well. Perfectly comfortable bed, blackout blinds and enough space. I had a problem with my keybox checking in, but someone answered the support line quickly and sorted things out. Just understand that there is no reception, no extra services like back check or parking and it's a fine hotel."
