Booked this hotel as it was near the venue for my eldest son's wedding. Raj (at Reception) booked us into our rooms and was very helpful in answering any queries (a theme that he continued throughout our stay). The room was air conditioned (oh joy of joys!) and had a huge bed. Clean, comfortable and spacious. This place is ideal for a one night stop. It is an older motel but the room was vast and clean with a large sofabed as well as the comfy bed. Security is wood put in the runners of the sliding windows, which works. Windows are single glazed and the property is very close to the motorway so road noise is an issue despite the garden and trees out the back. Breakfast was very basic, weak coffee, doughnuts or bagels. There is a good diner just over the motorway bridge for meals.

Room clean and comfortable. No fridge but ice available and microwave available for guest use. Staff friendly. Nice pizza restaurant attached to hotel.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at The Homestead. Everything about it is wonderful…. From the location to the beautiful room and breakfast area, but what stood out the most was our lovely friendly host Brit!! Lovely breakfasts, great tips on the area and great to chat to. Attention to detail at the Homestead is spot on. Thank you for everything!!!

This is a very tastefully decorated B&B in an idyllic location. 6 minute walk to West Beach and near all the famous CT shoreline restaurants and attractions.

We had a very comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the garden and river access. It was an easy walk to the beach. We found the common areas inside very quaint, it felt like an olde worlde Grandmas house.

I was in NH for a sad occasion so decided to spend a little extra money to make myself comfortable. I'm so glad I did - The Graduate was great value for money with stylish retro decor, a very comfortable room, friendly staff and a convenient location. Highly recommended.

Greet location, clean room and one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again.
