"The breakfast was amazing and Lucy made our stay! She was accommodating and an absolute pleasure. We would book here again just to see her! The rooms are spotless and the front desk staff at check in and check out were also incredible. Excellent value. "

"We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time"

"Typical free breakfast nothing great The air would go on and off every 5-10 minutes breaking our sleep very annoying only one chair in the room had to ask for a second. The chair we had rolled all over the place. Was quite very modern "

"King size bed very comfortable, a good sleep, cleanliness passible, could give a good spring clean up to the washroom floors and baseboards, tile grout dirty. And toilet needs to be adjusted as it’s wobbly, noisy when you finally sat on it. Rip up carpet in bedroom, or do a good shampoo to cleanse it. We didn’t have the breakfast, and complimentary coffee in room isn’t very good, probably the coffee machine needs cleaning??. Staff one lady at entrance /check-in very pleasant. Would I stay here again, probably not. "
