"Parking was convenient and the staff was friendly. There was a sports team in before us, rooms were clean but there was a lot of mess in the hall way and the elevators were dirty as well. Pool is ok for playing but too small for swimming. Exercise area was spacious. Breakfast was good as hotel breakfasts go."

"Good location central to all, kids liked the pool. Carpet was being replaced which was likely needed. Rooms needed a deep clean (shower, fans) etc. Heating/cooling system was bonkers - -20C outside and we had the A/C on with window open in the room!"

"Quick checkin and friendly staff. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of parking available. Breakfast was hot with a fair selection."

"Room was generally clean Tv didnt work. Wifi was almost non-existent. Breakfast was advertised but breakfast room was also non-existent. Sign on door said it was open but was dark and had only tools etc. Someone had left frozen fish in the freezer in the room so it had obviously not been completely cleaned.blowdryer was also supposed to be present so i didn't bring one with me and there was no blowdryer. No one was in the office at 9am to checkout. Parking lot was treacherously icy. "

"The building could do with renovations as the rooms looked outdated. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Buffet was very basic and located close to the door which I found odd. Location wise, it's not within walking distance to other food establishments but there is a restaurant next door which is convenient. Overall, great for a basic stay."
