"The place is different than shown on the photos. The staff was nice but I had to wait 30 min in my car for them to appear to open the door. The room smelled humid and the AC looked damaged. The AC while on made a noise very loudly very 6 minutes. Outside my door which was in the dark edge of a hallway there was dirt and lots of empty water canisters and slip signs. The room itself was not the worst part but this place is not worth the amount I paid. "

" two people that were checking in went inside the house without knowing their room and went inside the room. My girlfriend is in. I went to go get food and she had no clothes on. I want you to tell the people that next time they have to wait until they get their room before walking into anybody's room. The code you gave them was the code to our room."

"Good apartment hotel, new and fresh-ish. Wasn’t as clean as we would have liked but still a great stay. Just a few stray hairs and the toothbrush holder was gross inside, that kind of thing. Didn’t really talk to any staff but the people at the desk were nice. Great having own laundry in the unit. We had a two bedroom apartment, the beds were small, double beds and they have that piece of wood sticking out as the surround which we both promptly kicked our toes the whole stay. Really nothing to complain about it’s a good hotel in a good area and it’s nicely decorated and presented. We would stay here again for sure."

"Completely different than pictures portray old and outdated! I booked 2 expensive rooms for my family thankfully only 1 night, booked this because of the ocean view and beach pictures! Constant Loud traffic noise, the light from the security lights shined brightly under the huge gap from around the door, the bathroom was so small and horrible patch job from multiple leaks a child must have repaired and painted walls. Resort fee charged there is nothing offered it’s like an old motel on the highway! The restaurant was on the harbor but crazy expensive 357$ for bar food nachos hamburger and salad and few drinks, automatic up charged 20% for 4 adults and 1 child! Very very disappointing they should pay you to stay there! "

"The hotel as crowded. Could not even use the elevators without waiting in line for 30 minutes. Rude staff that enforced crazy rules like not being able to take to elevator to the ground floor. They had someone actually stopping guests in a rude and obnoxious manner. The pools were CROWDED to an unhealthy degree and the water was ….well you can imagine. "

"The unit I showed up to was so much different than the listing photos and reviews, I felt blindsided. The unit had seen better days. Besides the super worn..everything, the mattress was too small for the bed frame—like maybe they were trying to get away with a full sized bed in a queen frame; the floors and grout were filthy with evidence of previous guests food on the upholstered furniture. I left half way through the booking. The only two windows in the unit faced a courtyard for the entire unit, which also allowed each unit to see inside each others. It did not feel like a secure building and definitely was lacking in overall cleanliness and value. "
