The staff are lovely, they go out of there way to help you and acknowledge you every time you see them. Our room was cleaned top to bottom everyday and our clothes were even folded for us. The breakfast is of a high quality but I unfortuantly still believe it was over priced, be careful with the extras, they can't justify the prices. The evening menu is reasonably priced and the food quality is high.

I booked this hotel for my wife’s 50th birthday after looking at many different hotels...it was incredible. The decor, staff, location, room, facilities, breakfast and cocktails were far beyond what I’d hoped for. The rooms are soundproof and you literally can’t hear anything! We have stayed in Paris many times but never the same hotel...this one is ours and we will fit our flights around their availability. Thank you Mihaela, Su and the team; you made a special event unforgettable.

Really beautiful hotel. Our room was super clean and the decor was amazing. All of the public areas of the hotel too - clean and stunning. We used the spa every day of our stay - definitely worth booking your hour in each day it was lovely to go in there after a long day of walking. Nice hotel, very clean, less than 5 minute walk to Arc de Triomphe. Staff very helpful and attentive - from the lady who checked us in, the man who took our luggage to the rooms and the person who was very helpful when we enquired about travelling and sightseeing in Paris. They even sent a card wishing me for the Paris Marathon that I was running the next day. They also arranged for “Skip the queue” Eiffel Tower trip (cost extra).

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautifully decorated and spotless, very comfortable with the weather in the mid to high 30s and well appointed, gorgeous rooms. The highlight is the staff, who are all so welcoming and helpful. We all had a fabulous stay and would love to return. Absolutely loved it. Quality from top to bottom. Cost,quiet,excellent food,friendly ,helpful stuff,the whole interior design-perfect! The only think I really didn’t like was the temperature at the sauna which needs to be adjusted,it was so hot that after three minutes I felt I was being burned. It’s definitely a health hazard,especially for people who are not very experienced with saunas . Otherwise,highly recommended ,will definetly come back!
