The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, which makes all the difference. Room was spotless and had a great view. The hotel is about a 30min walk from Taksim Square and the same distance to Besiktas Park, so great central location between the two which is what I needed. Would recommend.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel. In a quiet location but close to everything you would ever need; shops, restaurants, big mall, metro station. One of the best shower systems in all my stays at other hotels.
My regular hotel for business and would look to stay here for leisure visits.

The staff here were very attentive, we would call room service twice a day and each time they would come immediately and even though there was a slight language barrier they did try their best. Housekeeping was really polite too. The room itself is nice, the negative is that there is no view (I was looking at a wall with painted murals in both rooms i stayed in). The hotel is located on a busy main street so be careful when crossing the road but this street has many facilities. We had our hair...

My comments are :
- The hotel is clean
- Location is very suitable for tourists who like shopping, restaurants, and safety.
- Staff are friendly and helpful.
I think all above three things are attractive to a visitor like me to get everything around when you need it.
