"This is a Scam. They charged my friend for whom I booked this hotel more than double the price at the property to check in when, in fact, I made the complete payment online. They did not even provide them with the free breakfast as advertised and as per my booking. The staff was rude. "

"Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi, is great 5-star hotel, which offers real service. I was only there for a day but I appreciated how the hotel treated its guests -- be it the front office, the concierge or the coffee shop.
