A chance conversation outside of a building turned into the discovery of a gem of a place. Newly refurbished and opened on the day I had that encounter with Dave, the manager. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Already looking forward to my next visit.

One of the best independent hotels in the area very clean well decorated and great hosts micheal and Eddie are just lovely.

My wife and I came to Blackpool for the weekend and stayed at the beverley hotel. The weather was great, Blackpool was great, but what really made our weekend memorable was our stay at the beverley hotel. We can not thank the owners enough for going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was great, the breakfast was fantastic and the price was the icing on the cake. We can not thank you enough!!!!

just returned from a one night stay at the arthington hotel we probably stay in blackpool 2-3 nights a year and stay at different hotel as we usually find them just ok. From meeting the owners to leaving we could not fault this hotel at all it was spotlessly clean, quiet, every thing we need was in the room and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and of high quality food . Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.

Lovely hotel, really welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect as its the quieter end of town, but a easy walk to the yram stop round the corner. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Great warm welcome from friendly owners. Can tell they are pssionate about this business. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle of South Blackpool but so close to public transport links and the front gives it a nice relaxed atmosphere without feeling like your in the middle of nowhere. Wonderful place.

We had a lovely stay here 5 adults. Having enough separate beds was important to us and the sofa bed room can be maintained as a private space. Sort out needs perfectly. Clean. Well located. Very smooth process for check in and payment and very helpful answers to queries ahead of trip.

This B&B is in a perfect location, being just a short 3 – 5 min walk from the sea front & the same to the shops. Its situation at the north end pier end but with the trams running every few minutes it really doesn’t matter which end you are. The proprietor Martin is a lovely friendly gentleman, on arrival we had coffee / tea & biscuits which was very welcome after our long journey. Staff made us very welcome and as it was a celebration of my 70th Birthday i was given a card and bottle of wine. only negative was limited free parking.

This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji! Us adults loved the the clean & spacious room, the warm welcome & the assistance shown. We paid extra for breakfast & think that was extremely well priced, & very delicious! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay. We can’t wait to come back!
