"Hotel is in the perfect spot of Roma Norte. Everything is walkable and nearby (Parque Mexico, Condensa, Cibiles, etc.) The check in process is smooth and the staff are very good at communicating. Whatsapp is the preferred way to communicate with the front desk and they respond quickly with any recommendations or services that are needed."

"Casa Decu was EXCEPTIONAL!! We loved our stay! The staff was friendly, the building is beautiful! You can see the pride they've taken into their hotel on every detail. The room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Shower was great too! We've notice that in Mexico many places have issues with the shower water pressure and mold, not Casa Decu! They have a terrace that serves delicious breakfast and it's very cosy! 2 things to know in case they're important to you: no elevator, no A/C but they have a fan in the room and the staff will help you with your luggage up the stairs."

"An amazing property, we spent one week here after relocating from another hotel where we spent an additional week. Amazing location! We had a large room with a terrace. Noise was never an issue for us, even though there is active construction next door. They did not begin in the early morning so we did not really notice it. All staff were incredibly kind and we arrived before our room was ready, so we were able to store our luggage. When we returned, they had placed our luggage in the room for us, which was a nice touch. There is a 24/7 security guard so coming and going was never an issue, even late at night. "

"This place was what we needed it to be - a great location, clean, a nice amount of space, comfortable bed (although on the firmer side) and the staff were very friendly. It is on a busy road, so can seem noisy (we were so tired at the end of every day, it didn’t really bother us). It was very clean but not super well maintained (rings on the coffee table, small holes on the wall and small missing pieces of baseboard), and the water pressure wasn’t outstanding. None of those things were deal breakers for us, but could be for others!"
