"Very helpful, welcoming staff. clean room, good shower. Excellent breakfast. The only disadvantage was that it was a very warm evening and there was no air conditioning working."

"Apartment was spacious, but very shabby. It needs to be re-painted! Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable"

"We had a really great stay here. Very warm welcome from the lovely front desk team, and the apartment itself was exactly what we needed. The beds were really comfortable and we had every we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend them."

"Had a really lovely night away for our 20th wedding anniversary. Our room was on the 6th floor and looked directly at the cathedral which was great. The room and bathroom were spotless with great tea/coffee making facilities especially the teabags which made a lovely cup of tea. The bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast in the morning was fantastic with lots of things to choose from. Will hopefully be back again!"

"Hotel location was ideal for the purpose and proximity to Millennium Point. The only complaint I had with the hotel was the room was small for a double which resulted in hitting my toes on bed when walking around bed to bathroom etc.."

"Staff on property are great - very kind, helpful and will go out of their way to help you out best they can. My room, a suite, was a bit Worn Out in general. The couch was a bit stained and very worn looking, the ottoman was collapsed on one side, a bit unsightly. The bathroom was pretty large and nice, however, the shower handle came off and it was very hard to get the temperature to the right hot or cold - I mean very challenging. The room was a bit dusty - the air vents needed new filters for sure. and lastly the best thing was the Air Con worked great - it was hot while I was there, and once the air con was turned on for the trip, it worked excellently."
