"This house is located in the downtown historic district. All the homes in this area have been restored and are the cutest quaint little houses. It’s only a mile from UF Hospital of Jacksonville. When first arriving the AC was not cooling properly and upon contacting the host they were quick to get it resolved!! (Just needed filters replaced). "Had our wedding here and came back for our 4yr anniversary. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Halls and pool were clean, and the dining was absolutely delicious. There are not many local clubs, but sports bars in the areas had live music. Plan to drive if you are looking to dance. Most all nearby places close by 11. Definitely a nice place to have a quiet, romantic getaway. "
