"The location and accessibility to the Broadwalk and beautiful beach deserves 15 stars. It is an older hotel but comfortable and the staff very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again."

"Overall, we had a great experience! Although the rooms are not cleaned daily, upon check-in they are clean and a decent size. Rhe bed was comfortable. However, if you need extra towels, soaps or sheets they will deliver them to your room promptly. There is a microwave close to the office in the lobby area. A bonus is a coffee shop on site. The entrance is close to the elevators. They only offer valet parking and we paid $30 per day. It was convenient and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Hollywood beach was only a 5-7 minutes drive away. There are a variety of restaurants on Hollywood Boulevard which is literally across the street. Publix is downstairs which is awesome! The front of the hotel is a great place to take photos on the bench, by the pond or by the palm trees. We did not try out any of the amenities because we did not have time. I would recommend staying at this hotel and I would visit again in the future."

"I loved that the tv rotated. I loved my corner room. I loved that it was close to shopping and copper hawk winery. Also, the regal movie theater. I loved the shuttle provided. Great location! Breakfast wasn’t great but it was free. I had orange juice, sausage and hash browns. But they had your typical things just wasn’t great quality."

"My stay at the hotel had a rocky start due to some initial room issues; however, these were promptly and professionally resolved by Michell at the front desk, whose attentiveness and customer service truly stood out. Because of her efforts, my overall experience improved significantly and reflects the level of care the hotel provides. While I did encounter a minor issue with valet prior to my stay, I want to emphasize that this was an isolated experience and not representative of the valet team as a whole. In fact, the valet staff—especially the two ladies I interacted with—were exceptional, and their manager was equally courteous and professional. Overall, I believe in providing an honest and balanced review. Despite the initial challenges, the service recovery and consistent professionalism across the team made my stay a very positive one. I would confidently rate this experience five stars, largely due to the outstanding customer service."

"Although they say its a resort they charge you for use of beach chairs on the beach. As for the hot tub lots of children playing in it. We left behind a white North face raincoat on the bed. Called the resort on Sunday after leaving Saturday to let them know. Was told by Don lost and found closed. Called Monday no jacket found. Very disappointed. Dont leave anything behind and lock your funds up. Still have not received a call back to file a complaint. "
