Beverly Gardens Park

A fairly new recreation with the original dating to the early 1900s, this Beverly Hills sign and lily pond is a popular photo spot. It's within walking distance of Rodeo Drive and I think less ubiquitous than the shield. The garden is also pleasant to walk through.

The expansive Beverly Gardens Park has fountains and rose gardens, plus an illuminated Beverly Hills sign. The 1920s Greystone Mansion is the backdrop for many films. Known as a celebrity haunt, The Beverly Hills Hotel is set in tropical gardens and has a poolside cafe.

Paying tribute to an honorary mayor and the first owner of the adjacent hotel, Beverly Hills’ earliest public garden is also known for the arrest of George Michael.

This amazing dessert was served in a fishbowl, just like the other five courses. Inside was a crème Chiboust with sour red current jelly, almond praline, rice crackers and orange blossom bubbles. Topping it off was a disc of shaved ice infused with redwood stems. Pretty imaginative and incredible tasty.
