lovely place to stay

Beautiful hotel, great service and a wonderful breakfast which was the highlight of the stay for us. The only issue was the outside area by the pool, they need to have someone continually there to clear up, this was one of the first impressions I had of the hotel, towels and used glasses everywhere. That said, this is a beautiful 5 star hotel with lots of extras and the price was worth this level of luxury.

A little out town but extremely peaceful environment with very helpful and friendly staff

There is no doubt that the steep, but short climb up to this hotel is utterly worth the view

Top-notch hotel, absolutely blown away by the beautiful views, amazing food and excellent service. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. The evening meal was devine and the breakfast was tasty too. And the heated outdoor pool at the spa with the mountain views, wow what an incredible experience! I was sad to only be able to stay here one night but I hope to be back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Switzerland!

Just fabulous. View from the pool and bar is spectacular over the lake and it’s just a short stroll from the harbour- loved it.

Excellent location, room and breakfast. Front desk staff specifically Melanie was greta! Only thing about housekeeping, never cleaned any spills or stains on tables or replaced glasses. Else a great stay. Have an excellent spa

Lovely apartment with wonderful views. We stayed for 5 nights and were very comfortable. Appreciated having the aircon as it was very warm some days. Great location, easy to walk along the river to the centre of Interlaken or to either train station. Would definitely recommend and would love to return some day. Will remember the view from the balcony for a long time!

The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. Excellent location just by the station. A good breakfast and we had a balcony mountain view which was lovely.

Absolutely lovely in every way -- Clean, pretty and quiet -- excellent food and fast wifi. Perfect for a break -- or holiday -- recommend frequently.

Fantastic experience. Reasonable room rates so that you can spend better on sight seeing and food. All common amenities are managed well and with very high degree of cleanliness. Breakfast was very good. Very close to bus stop and Grund station. In short it is very good option
