"This was our favorite hotel of our 9-day Switzerland trip. Excellent location about a 5-minute walk from Wengen train station. Staff are warm and helpful. Great amenities like the water bottle refill stations and the always-available coffee machine, live music two nights per week, and in-house bar with great vibes. But my favorite was the spa! Huge sauna, steam room, and pool which I took advantage of daily. I had excellent spa treatments from Anna Mari, who was so friendly and professional throughout each service. Our room was well appointed and much larger than it looked in photos. Private balcony with mountain views, in-room water kettle and coffee machine, plus a bath/shower combo. Beds were very comfy so we slept well each night. The daily breakfast was great quality with a very large buffet to suit any traveler's tastes—fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, espresso machines, pancakes, cheeses, yogurts, etc. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!"

"The hotel was conveniently located close to train station. The outdoor patio area is lovely place to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful views. We were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were under renovations and not usable. One of the main reasons we picked this hotel was to have a hot tub and pool to enjoy the amazing views. We were upset that we were not told in advance or given a discount for the inconvenience. Otherwise the staff was helpful and hotel is convenient to shops, restaurants and all the alpine activities."

"OH MY!! WHAT AN AMAZING ROOM! We splurged for the balcony room and if you can do it you SHOULD. It was the most amazing room I have ever stayed in. Staff were outstanding and very professional. Bar tender was excellent. Would not have changed one thing about our stay!!"

"Few resume, room is average, tiny bathroom with no toilet paper and no body for ask or requested, no sign for clean the room and same no body for requested or ask, I left a note in the desk and no one attended, they never cleaned or even asking, in my full stay (3 nights) they tried to charge me 50 CHF for checking in after 6 pm because they don’t have staff, they left me instructions for checking in and those instructions were wrong, I had to figured out, no body in front desk, and I had to pay 260 dlls per night. I told them about every thing and no even a simply empathy or apology for the worse service. The 2 starts is only because the location is beautiful and the view same, but must of the hotels in the area have it. Avoid the place if you can, looking for an other options do it."
