Thomas was very attentive and helpful, as was Monica and the rest of the staff. We had our hikes planned but, made some changes based on their recommendations and they were spot on. I feel that their suggestions made our experiences even better. We had a balcony room with a delightful view. I highly recommend this establishment. "
