"Really enjoyed our 3-night stay in Mürren! The hotel was a very short walk from the cable car. Staff was very friendly especially the cat Pompous! Room was small but very adequate plus it had a terrace with amazing views. Had breakfast (included) there every day and 2 dinners and everything was delicious. Would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is in a central location making it convenient to walk in either direction. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. We woke up to a snowy morning and it was awesome to go out on my balcony for pictures. "

"The property is high in the mountains and just lovely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating, helpful and kind. Our luggage was picked up at the train depot and delivered to our room without even asking!! The spa area was beautiful and clean. We at dinner at the hotel 2 nights and the food was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Well worth the ride up the 'hill' to get there."

"Breathtaking location. Perfect for exploring Lauterbrunnen. The view from the balcony will stay with me forever! Clean, comfortable, although there’s no elevator for anyone who might struggle with their luggage, and the bathroom was a little old and small. The location more than made up for any small shortcomings."
