Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. I walked most places but also close to metro station which is very convenient. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a very fun area with lots of great dining options. Staff were very kind and helpful.

Just back from the Prime hotel Beijing and what an amazing stay, the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect from at 4/5 star hotel, the hotel was very close to the main shopping street - Wangfujing street and a tube stoop is just over the road. The onsite restaurant was very nice, it’s Vietnamese and was reasonably priced. The lobby bar was welcoming and the beer selection ok - tip: try the cake just outside the lobby bar.
Overall a really great stay.

4 minutes walk to subway, doesn't look impressive from the outside, but inside all you need and more. Beautiful and inviting reception with mega bookshelf and comfortable reading space, nice room with all the amenities you'll need. Dining area with various options for breakfast, which btw was delicious.

The hotel has a large restaurant for meals and the beakfast was eapesially nice as there was a lot of variety, theres also a modern bar next to the restaurant. And for coffee lovers thers a starbucks built into the hotel. The hotels location is inbtween two metro stations but theres plenty of shops and restaurants in the general vacinity litterally on the same road...

Excellent service and facilities in keeping with the Waldorf Astoria brand . The family was well looked after by the attentive staff and we had the opportunity to partake in the Michelin star restaurant facilities.

The rooms at this hotel are fantastic. Every room is a suite and all controls are on I pads. We were staying for our third wedding anniversary trip and they had a lovely cake and card signed by the staff waiting for us. We had two dinners (the French and Chinese restaurants) and breakfast in the hotel. The food and beverage options are nice but overpriced, but I think it must be a thing in China as other 5 star hotels we visited in the country were the same. This hotel is a haven of calm in a...

We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and it is rare to experience the ‘wow effect’ having stayed in many of the best hotels in the world.
It happened with Eclat! You have to experience it in-person to understand the confluence of design, atmosphere, accommodation, amenities, eco-sensitive feature and friendly professional staff that makes it a ‘wow’ experience.
After a warm welcome and efficient check-in by Krystal, we met Katrina, who was the duty Manager the day we arrived, and she...
