The outer reach is great for dog lovers and someone who is not looking for something very upscale it is simple and is perfect for us. The pool and tennis courts are great for downtime from the beach. "What a hidden gem! Literally 1-1/2 blocks to the center of town with the shopping, bars, restaurants and a small beach! You can even walk to the harbor and jump on a boat to go whale watching. The hotel itself is charming with a courtyard, hot tub and a little bar and restaurant.(open Wednesday- Sunday but breakfast which was Amazing is served daily on the patio. So quaint, with such a welcoming staff. We will definitely stay again whenever we are in P-Town! "
