This is the second time I've stayed here and the host/owner is always so warm and accomodating. The B&B is nice, in the center of things, and I wasn't missing or wanting for a thing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Quaint Guest House with great views.

Lovely guest house. Owner Paul was lovely and very helpful. Self help breakfast was supplied which catered for everyone. We did get offered an allocated parking spot, but Paul advised that the street parking was available FOC until the 1st May. As we utilised this he refunded the cost of the parking immediately Plenty of towels and toiletries, and the added bonus of mouthwash too. Would highly recommend.

I loved this place. Very well maintained. Plan ahead by making sure to get in touch with Paul if you have a car that you need parking. We had a little balcony room that was really nicely remodeled. The bed was comfy. You are in the heart of town so don't expect a lot of rest as you are in the middle of all the action. Walk to everywhere you need to go.

The property is in a good location but the actual structure needs work. Entry area really needs painted, our bedroom could use some TLC, kitchen area needs structure, outside area in the back has lots of junk in it. Owner was very nice! Building is for sale I believe, could be reason why it's not being worked on.

There were massive plumbing issues, so for half our stay we had to use a bathroom/shower two floors down in the basement. Nothing whatsoever offered in compensation for that!

Disappointed.

Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle.

I had a great stay here - the owner was considerate & I felt I had the best view of a really fun weekend. There was the option to relax on the property or step outside & be immediately in the thick of Commercial Street.

Great place to stay! Paul was great at communicating and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect, right by all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed being able to sit out front in the mornings and evenings, getting to know others also staying at the Prince Albert. Would absolutely stay again.

I plan to always use The Prince Albert on future trips to Provincetown. It’s totally classy and charming at the same time, perfectly located, and Paul, the host, is the best! He even sets up a daily complimentary ‘Happy Hour’ for guests. My stay there was exceptional!

I'm a happy returning customer. We like the location on the main strip in the southern part of town. We love the front patio where we would sit out every afternoon relaxing, enjoying Happy hour, chatting with other guests and watching the crowds walk by on their way to and from the Tea Dance across the way.
