Really needs air con throughout, I get the leather sofa but maybe not for the climate. I know it’s a young venture at the moment so wish the family all the best! Great stay otherwise will be back

Super friendly staff who went the extra mile with recommendations and a hand written note. Steps away from the beach with plenty of beach equipment available to borrow. Steps away from the beach and free on-site parking. Couldn't have had a better experience!

The proprietors are so friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are very clean and pleasant. This is my second stay, and it was just as good as the first. The shared kitchen is an added bonus, and is well equipped. It's also very close to the beach trail, so ideal for runners or hikers. The only slight negative is the proximity to the freeway, which is noisy, so if that bothers you, bring some earplugs. The location is great, and the parking is plentiful.

Rooms are fully equipped and well-maintained. Staff are friendly and available to help at any time. There’s no elevator to the upper level so if you have heavy bags they would need to be carried however this was just a minor point.

Easy check in and parking. Great location and staff friendly. Would have like tea making facilities and a safe in the room.

Very nice

great stay super clean

Happy here. It's not meant to be a 5 star place but it's good enough and gets the job done. Especially if you're out and out. Staff were nice too.

Clean room and nice staff. Well located

I came from the UK to be with my son who had to have eye surgery at Kaiser Permanent Medical Center. Didnt know the area at all but i largely chose UNIK as the room had 2 double beds. A tall fridge, microwave, and an actual cook top, it is a nicely presented motel, and was so convenient to walk to the Medical Center if needed in an emergency. Motel was spotless, for us, no bugs, and soft towels! Nice TV lots of channels, and for those who know Panda Express restaurant/takeaway which is my...

Booked quickly as our flight was really late, so wanted an inexpensive place to have a shower, relax and to sort the suitcases. We stumbled on this little gem of a hotel. Small room, very clean and better than the hotel we had just paid 4 times more for. The bathroom was lovely. If we ever go back we would book here for sure.
