"The property was quite charming, nice lobby and the sunset was very nice from the rooftop bar. However, the room was very bad, there was a bad smell the minute you open the door, an obvious moisture problem (window edges were also in a very bad shape), the room was so small we barely managed to fit it, especially because of the cooling device that was in the middle of the floor, blocking the desk area completely. Location was good and we appreciated the free parking but definetly not recommended overall."

"room was clean, the staff was very nice, breakfast had a few options. the view of the beach from the hotel was unbelievable, was able to extend my stay with ease as well! will definitely be staying here for a 3rd time next summer "

"Clean, and great location"

"Very cute place to stay, away from the noise of the main strip but a very short walk to the trolley stop to get into the main part of town. Complimentary wine was served between five and six pm, fresh cookies were out at night and coffee in the morning, all in the lobby area. There is a coffee shop on the corner and the Royal Hawaiian Restaurant is also very close by. A beautiful park is about a half a block behind the hotel and it’s worth taking a walk down there at sunset, at night and during the day! Parking has a fee but it is so convenient to have the parking there!! Parking spaces are difficult to find in the area! We would stay again!"

"Great stay in a great location!"

"We had a balcony one row of houses back from the ocean. We saw a beautiful sunset, a whale, dolphins and a rocket launch while sitting on our balcony. The bathroom is small but usable. We rented beach chairs and beach towels from the front desk which was very convenient. There is quite a bit of road noise but earplugs did the trick while sleeping luckily a house under construction right off our balcony was not overly noisy."
