Brilliant hotel!

Excellent hotel minutes from the airport. Facilities are good and dining options are excellent especially the Jamavar restaurant which is top rated.

Check in was very smooth and efficient, and had a early check in which was very convenient. All the staff memebers were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Prathamesh. He was very helpfully and courteous. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

Lovely hotel we had a great time

After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip! I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.

Clean property with good sized rooms and friendly staff

We had booked for 3members but all the facilities which was provided by the staf was for only 2members even soap bed etc

We stay here every time we come back to Mumbai and this year we noticed the service has been restored to what it was a few years ago (our last visit was not up to it's usual standard). This year I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel organised a birthday cake for me which was such a lovely touch. Thank you once again for setting our holiday on the right track.

We had a early morning flight from BANGALORE and hence we reached the property around 9:30. The reception staff were really helpful in getting our rooms arranged within an hour even though our check-in time was at 12. They were courteous and friendly. We were a group of 9 including 2 infants. The rooms got arranged by 10 and we checked in. Their breakfast spread is decent. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were good too. They even provided a proper mattress in my room...

Welcoming reception, and very helpful staff when I had one problem with my keycard and one problem with taxi pickup that I had self arranged. Comfortable stay. Large selection of breakfast items. Next to a mall for all of your shopping needs, along with a few restaurants. Area not very exciting, mainly good for business trips or visiting family.

Hotel car picked me from Mumbai airport promptly. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was quite and comfortable. Hotel staff was helpful with finding local taxi for me for my meeting. Breakfast next morning was good. The hotel car dropped me off at international airport next evening. I was upgraded to Suba International!
