What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

This was the most amazing stay I've had in Goa. The whole place is beyond beautiful and exquisite. Its a heritage property with class hospitality. The food was the highlight for us. Very impressed with this property. First time to Goa and India. Other than slow service getting lunch, this property exceeded all of my expectations. Beautifully maintained and close to a beautiful beach. Im not sure if its a seasonal issue but there were thousands of dead jellyfish on the beach and in the water which affected the whole coastline so not sure if they were poisonous or not so didnt risk going into the sea in case they were. Bear in mind there is little else around this property...

So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks!
The food and drink on point too.
Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed...
