The staff were outstanding. The location requires GPS and good driving skills to get there, but it is worth it - the views are spectacular, and there is a general ambience of feeling in a special place - in oyur opinion, Al Chiar di Luna is a hidden gem and when we nxt visit Monte di Procida, we will definitley stay again. To reiterate, the key point is that the reception staff were outstanding.

We travelled to Italy for a family wedding and chose the Villa Luisa for location to Naples and Bacoli. This was the best choice we made the hotel is excellent as a base to travel around the area and is close to all public transport, The spa facility is very good, safe parking in closed gates, continental breakfast was fresh daily with plenty of choice. Food was excellent, great scenic view, sauna on the balcony in the suite was nice! A little walk into the town and the hill is steep. There is a shuttle available from the hotel. Quiet during the day, can be loud at night as the hotel is used as a venue for parties. Overall good value for money.

Excellent location for a relaxing stay just a short walk down the hill to the beach, local cafes and bars. The hotel staff were all excellent, especially Salvadore and Joseph. The girls on reception all spoke good English and would do anything to make your stay better. The food was of the highest standard and served in a very professional manner. It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. Amazing guest house with lots of details. The host contacted us providing all the information you need and was always in touch if you need it. Location is perfect, bed is comfortable, sweet breakfast ready in the room. There is a common kitchen with espresso machine and anything else you might need.

My visit was to attend the Gardens La Mortella, and to hear four pupils from a Manchester Music School. Hotel Villa Franca is family run, clean, comfortable and welcoming.It is also extremely good value for money. Next time I stay I hope to be there for a month. Quite, quite beautiful and soooo relaxing : perfect.
