"An old hotel. There was weak telephone network coverage in the room. Wifi is needed to connect. The first 2 days without wifi. On the third day it worked sometimes but would disconnect after 5 minutes. It didn't work with 4 different devices. The receptionist replied that his cell phone was working and that he couldn't help me. In 2025, I expect a much better service."

Even the staff working around the grounds was friendly and helpful, from the hosts that show you around the hotel and gardens to those working to keep the grounds clean and functional, like Michele, who made sure we had umbrella shade and great pool side service. What a relaxing and peaceful place. Also conveniently located to shopping/restaurant areas, the port, and even a little puppet theatre on the way to the port. Magical stay!"
