"Nice stay. We went out of season so island and hotel very quiet. Lovely service from B&B owner. Booked a family room with breakfast but ended up with two rooms...not an issue for us. No breakfast being served either, again not an issue as bakery just up the road. It was our of season so I think these were more of a miscommunication with hotels.com. Great location for Barano beach, easy to reach using no 5 bus from main bus station from ischia port."

"Very simple and fairly dated rooms but the staff were all so lovely and helpful, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean! Food wasn’t amazing but decent enough. The beach is a bit of a walk (<10 mins) down the hill and along so bear in mind if you have accessibility needs. The €5 water taxi to Sant’Angelo was brilliant, and the bus to the Port was basically on the doorstep."

"We’ve just returned from an unforgettable stay. The two ladies running the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, helping us with everything from bus schedules to local recommendations. Getting There & Accessibility From Ischia Porto, we took the 175 bus, which took about 25 minutes and dropped us off right outside the property. There are quite a few steps leading up to the hotel—a great way to burn off carb-heavy meals, but worth keeping in mind for anyone with mobility concerns. Dining & Drinks The food at the on-site restaurant and bar was fantastic, and they make a brilliant Aperol Spritz. All expenses are settled at the end of the stay. In hindsight, we recommend requesting a price list beforehand to avoid surprises, as small extras like bottled water incur a charge. The included breakfast was varied and delicious, featuring eggs cooked to order and great coffee. Right next door, Onda Verde is another fantastic restaurant option. Rooms & Amenities Our room at the top featured a private balcony with sensational views. While basic, it had everything we needed—including great air conditioning and plenty of space to hang wet beach gear. A small fridge would have been a nice touch, though we knew in advance one wasn't provided. Pool & Beach The on-site thermal pool is compact, offers lovely views, and is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds. "Sant’Angelo is very cute but a little isolated as well. The bus goes to Caba Grado, after that it’s a system of golf cart, no cars. That said, the shuttle service (golf cart) that offers Loreley is fantastic. You just have to Whatapps them and they pick you up either Fumarole or Point info. It’s hilly there, hence so useful in the heat! We had an AC problem in our room the first night, it stopped working, we changed room at 3AM and no more issue. The staff is helpful there. The pool is very warm (probably heated by thermal) :) The breakfast is complete, served on their beautiful terrasse and very good! There are no little fridges in the rooms. The double bed are in fact two single bed put together (still comfortable). The only thing I’ll say is that there’s a strong smell of moisture/ humidity in the basement rooms/ although they have a nice terrasse."
