Shuttle from.the airport did not call out hotel got off at the wrong hotel had to walk in.the dark and downpours of rain to the correct hotel this is unacceptable.

Room was exactly what we needed, staff was amazing. Chris at the Bar was amazing we love Chris, cannot remember the gentleman name that check d us in but he was amazing entire staff was great wouldn’t mind going Back
