The staff are ever so polite and courteous, the service was excellent, staff at breakfast in the cafe western were excellent, food was delicious, hotel was spotless would stay here again.

A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish.The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Warm greeting on arrival. Staff was very graceful, polite and professional. Food was amazing and good selection and chef came out to ask about the food he prepared 😋 great touch. Breakfast was lovely but too crowded as what I would call was a team building day, but was offered a lovely alternative outside on the courtyard. Really helpful staff.

We stayed as a family for 3 days in April. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. At check in we advised that we required a cot for our 1 year old child and this was set up ready for us to check in. My son who is 6 years old suffers from severe food allergies and the first time we went to eat in the the hotel restaurant in the evening we notified the staff and the head chef came out and spoke to myself to ensure he understood the allergies and made notes. The food was amazing and the staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful and insistant on us trying the indian food classics which was exactly what we wanted. The facilities were great, pool area was beautiful and spa looked great, unfortunately we didnt have time to try it. We have been to a lot of good hotels in other countries and this was up there with the best. Best part of the hotel was definitely the staff and also a mention to the driver on the courtesy transport to the Golden Temple,...

Great place to stay.

Great location within easy walking distance of the golden temple. Clean room with great shower. Breakfast buffet a little disappointing, also only flask of milky sugary coffee available.
