"The stay was amazing and the hotel staff were just awesome and went our of their way to help us. Especially making an effort to understand our sons allergies to nuts. They made us a lovely cake for breakfast on the day of departure."

"The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and very helpful. The location is great for heading into the city and quiet enough to escape the city centre. Only issue I will raise is some of the plugs in the room did not work despite raising this with housekeeping. Despite this I would stay here again. "

"Has such good potential and is a lovely property. The Heritage and ambiance are soothing. Food is really good too. Such a shame that service was not up to standards. To get a coffee with breakfast we had to ask 4 times (very politely) and it still took over an hour. Work with the staff on service would make this a 5 star. "

"Only problem was that the pool gas restricted hours. This was not advertised on website. But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out."

"I was not expecting how convenient, yet how quiet this hotel was. It’s a short walk to Jantar Mantar, the Metro, and great Indian shopping, yet set in a very quiet green neighborhood. Comfortable bed, hot shower, tasty breakfast."

"Booked a suite. The best they had. Linen had not been charged. Pillow covers had oil stains. Floor had biscuit. No towel provided. Had to wait for a long time at the reception. They could find Expedia booking even after giving the Refrence number and payment receipt. Terrible experience "
