A new hotel....stayed there in the first month of its opening and found it to be excellent.Considering it was new, there was no sign of any of the teething troubles that normally are evident immediately after opening.Staff were very friendly and efficient. and the rooms were comfortable and stylish.The entire ambience of the Hotel was one of elegance and class. The spa was also of excellent quality. Highly recommended!

Stayed here for 2 nights with family of 8 people. Excellent location, just 5min walk to The Golden Temple (since it was so close, have to use the small auto for last leg of journey). Excellent rooms with AC and clean bathrooms. Has lift, so easier for parents. Excellent breakfast too, prepated fresh and sent to room. Also the staff here is so very helpful - that was the highlight of the property and they made our stay truly comfortable. They were always ready to give the best service and also...

I stayed there with family for two nights. It’s was awesome experience. The staff is polite and friendly. The food is super delicious and the buffet had large verity of food choice. I liked Kulcha, Upma, Tea, Paratha, Bakery items etc. The in-room dining food was also delicious. Location of the property is very good, lot of good restaurants are available nearby. Getting a cab, auto is very easy from the location. I would love to stay here whenever I visit the city next time.

We stayed as a family for 3 days in April. We were very satisfied with the hospitality of the staff. At check in we advised that we required a cot for our 1 year old child and this was set up ready for us to check in. My son who is 6 years old suffers from severe food allergies and the first time we went to eat in the the hotel restaurant in the evening we notified the staff and the head chef came out and spoke to myself to ensure he understood the allergies and made notes. One of the best hotels to stay when you’re visiting Amritsar and specially Golden Temple. It’s just few seconds away from golden temple. And is always lit up. Very positive vibes. Staff of hotel is very accommodating and food from their restaurant is priced very reasonably low. And taste of their in-house food is good too. This would be my all time favourite hotel stay whenever I am in Amritsar.

They thing was perfect.....the only suggestion i could make is that the room could provide small packets of butter biscuits to compliment the otherwise fantastic service....well done

Great staff and beautiful decorations. Breakfast had so much variety. Nice and clean 10/10
