"The room was advertised as partial ocean view. Our balcony was facing a fence in the back. Disappointed that we didn’t get the room that was advertised."

"Plumbing behind the walls is loud; trash pickup on SUNDAY MORNING BEFORE 8AM, right outside our room; strong smell of Fabuloso cleaning products; Room was not ready until after 4:30 pm; did not use air conditioning; beds were relatively comfortable, but no extra bedding, so bring a blanket; not as close to the beach as advertised, plus it's down a long staircase; otherwise good walking distance location from everything street level; towels need replacing - old and stained; staff was pleasant; did not check out the breakfast or the pool. Adequate room if you're looking to go cheaper but still want to be able to walk everywhere. "

"Staff great - room clean - expected partial beach view but was told that wasn’t available- unfortunately my neighbors walked/ ran very loud above our room and actually dropped something at 2:30 am so loudly I bolted awake-and stayed awake"
