Great staff. Pleasing aesthetics although it benefits from the location; however, the room furnishings are worn and aging badly in some places.
Avila Inn staff was extremely professional, accommodating and pleasant. Our room was very clean, the hot tub was perfect. We had such an amazing stay, definitely plan to book here again.
Serene. Nestled in a Sycamore forest beside the famous Bob Jones Trail. So well insulated that we did not hear any voices from our neighbors or outside in the hallway. Thick doors. Our room had a Jacuzzi on the balcony and an electric fireplace. Spacious rooms. Super large shower. Coffee, tea and water are available 24 seven in the lobby. We were surprised that there is a $30 a day resort fee with no resort facilities. I suppose that was a diplomatic way to cover the promised “free” parking.
What an amazing find for my trip! Great hiking trail. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has great suggestions for things to do!
Loved my stay here on two different nights…going north and coming back home.
We had a great stay in the newer section—everything felt fresh, clean, and really well maintained. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience—I’d definitely stay here again!
It’s a great nestled in hotel that’s conveniently located & reasonably priced. There are amenities, but you have to pay extra for. The hotel needs some upgrades. Staff was nice & friendly. Great food at the Market Place- fresh!
