"needed to be a member of the rewards program for free wifi.had signed up the previous day but never received the email with my membership#. tried calling the help 800# but after about 4 prompts was told they were closed for the night to call back in the morning. called in the morning and was put on hold for 8 minutes when I gave up and started driving the next hotel was better and the desk clerk was able to find my membership#, but that hotel was having a power outage that night from 11-8am"

"This hotel is kind of awkward to find your way around but it is clean & nice. Would definitely stay again. "

"Nice hotel, not the most plush or modern Marriott, but it is clean and the location is convenient. It's a little hard to get in and out of as you can only enter on Main, not Parkside, which requires you to head down a ways before you can make a U turn if approaching the hotel from the south. Also, our room had a lovely view of a wall which affects every room in the north wing facing east and east wing facing north. Be forewarned. "

"Such a great stay. The staff was amazing. Watching the sunset on the bay from my roomand waking up to the smell of waffles in the was a big plus. Lots of great family food spots in the area. Near a park and golf course. I enjoyed every second of my stay. "

"Dirty room and shower had water buildup due to clogged pipes. Hair band from other female found on floor behind door. Cleaning people are terrible."
