"Great experience, we were picked up at the airport by friendly staff on time, the hotel is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel property is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff was always welcoming, caring, friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the rooms had air conditioning, hot water, were very large and comfortable. We stayed with them on two different occasions and we will use them again on future stays."

Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included. "

"This less expensive hotel in Arusha was quite satisfactory! It’s not 5 stars but it is a safe and comfortable hotel! The reason I gave it a 4 was because the smoke alarm binged all night ? Needs new battery? The bed was fine; mosquito netting was good; breakfast was quite good with lots of fresh fruit! The staff were very pleasant "
