"I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when traveling to Winston‑Salem, but it had been several years since my last visit. Unfortunately, my stay this past weekend was very disappointing. The service was not friendly, the property was dirty, and the breakfast was poor—to the point that it made me sick for the entire day. The price was far too high for the quality and condition of the hotel. Additionally, the green areas in the back were in very bad shape. Overall, the experience was nothing like what I remembered. I will not be staying here again."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Had the extreme misfortune of staying here for a last minute trip to the furniture market. Receptionist woman didn’t have the absolute basic manners. Rude, disgusting and confrontational ghetto behavior. She angrily barked every word at everyone while offering zero help or support. Rooms are extremely dirty and smelly. One of the worst experiences of my life. You are better off sleeping in your car than stay here."

"Before booking at this hotel I read the reviews and there were a lot of great reviews. When I arrived it was nothing like the reviews described. Upon entering the lobby there was an odor. I booked a non-smoking room online but during check-in was told there were no more non-smoking rooms so they put me in a smoking room. When we got off the elevator there was an odd smell in the hallway. When we got in the room the smell was horrible! There were 2 rolls of used toilet paper in the bathroom, stains on the tub/shower, and trash on the floor. We were uncomfortable even sleeping in those beds. Due to the smell we had to leave asap due to me literally getting sick to my stomach. I would never book here again. "
