"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The private underground parking was great for ease of unloading and accessing the apartment. Whilst the apartment was tidy, we found chewing gum on one of the chairs and the furniture was far from comfortable to sit on - although fine if you are just using it for short periods eating.
