"Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the pools and hot tubs however we did notice grime buildup on the tiles of all the pools we visited. Not a huge issue but an area of improvement. Would love a sign at the pool that reminds guests that towels are in the rooms for people that are staying there for the first time and don’t know that the pool areas don’t have the towels. Beautiful property to walk around and many different amenities to enjoy."

"The hotel was really clean, in a great area, the staff was helpful and nice, the breakfast was really good, and they gave complimentary drinks during happy hour. The unique experience was the room had a balcony that over looked the pool, golf course, and view of the hills. Only note or criticism that I would let the hotel know about would be the bartenders didn’t seem too thrilled about being there. They had an attitude when I ordered my drinks, but I get being frustrated when there is a line of people asking for their free drinks. Also, on Sunday the golf course had a loud speaker that seemed to be on or under our hotel side that we could loudly hear at the crack of dawn. We didn’t mind because the kids were up anyway, excited for the day’s activities. But, I could see wanting to sleep in on Sunday and being awakened by a loud speaker at 6 am. We were also charged for parking that I must’ve missed because I thought it was free parking since it had a large parking lot. Overall, the hotel was more than we expected, and at a fair price. We would recommend the hotel, and we would stay there again. Side note: the deposit is $50 a night for incidentals, but they give it back very fast when you check out and didn't have any charges. Ours was refunded the next business day. Unlike some other experiences we’ve had were it took a week or weeks to get it back."

"This is a great property overall and a good value. Convenient to Hurricane Harbor which is about 10 minutes. Plenty of dining and shopping right behind hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and quiet. Very safe area in upscale part of town. Highly recommend."

"Fabulous breakfast. Lulu, who was the server during our entire weekday, was just simply wonderful. The food was terrific and hot and continuously supplied. The Hotel had problems with the pool and algae! Somewhat disconcerting to us, as our primary reason for staying at this hotel for a full week, was the pool. Staff managed to deal with the algae and within two days we were back at poolside time at Comfort Inn and suites, a sister facility. Well done by the staff"
