"The Spa was not worth anything. Spa staff was rude. We had to book yet found the spa overcrowded, cold and nowhere to relax. The coldness was highlighted to staff who simply shrug, responding 'I dont know'. The mens changing room was a mess with dirty robes and towels shrewn across floor and bench. Why have a booking system? I would use this hotel again. "

"Room cleanliness poor asked staff hotel full !mark on carpet walls bathroom sealant poor very messy and stained rusty chrome brackets in shower outdated furniture peeling paint around windows draft through all windows even though shut breakfast poor hot items just warm ! Tried different time for second breakfast still just warm "

"Room was small, dated ( not a huge issue) and the wallpaper dirty and scruffy, the room was dusty. The bathroom was again very small, dated, the shower was a nightmare to get right, water pressure was good. Again dirty behind tap fittings and wall fan. We could hear the neighbours snoring so walls are fairly thin. Bed was very comfortable and plenty of t.v channels. The pool was ok, not the cleanest. Location good but beware if you drive here it's 12-15 pound to park in the hotel. "

"Cracks all in the room, no air conditioning and the food wasn’t very nice for breakfast, it had all flakes and seasoning all over it. "

"Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Location is perfect, staff couldn’t do more to help & absolutely no outside noise in the rooms! Already looking to rebook "
