This is a great hidden gem in Amsterdam. It has a small entrance & lobby but the women at the desk are huge on information & assistance. The rooms are very clean & well maintained. The breakfast is very good with hot & cold choices. The location is close to transportation & Van Gogh & Rijksmuseum as well as trams. Would definitely stay again

The best thing about this hotel was definitely the customer service. Every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They gave us great directions, answered all of our questions, and constantly checked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. The location is also very convenient. It’s not right in the city center, but it’s not far either. The tram takes you to the center very quickly, and the public transport connections are excellent. The hotel is located in the museum district, which is a great area to stay in. The hotel itself is quite basic. Considering Amsterdam is an expensive city.

Stayed in a solo room whose door was directly adjacent to the hotel entrance and it was too noisy for my taste- needed to put on a fan to block out the noise of people coming in late, leaving early, a crying baby, etc. Location and breakfast were good, but noise is a deal breaker for me.

Great location near major museums and right on the bus line from/to the airport. Helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are small but adequate. There’s an elevator that goes as far as the third floor. The carpet on the stairs is worn and coming loose in places and needs to be replaced.

I absolutely loved the room and the old time charm of the elevator. Everything was clean. The staff was amazing! Had a noise issue but they took care of it right away and really care about all their guests! I would definitely recommend staying there and will be back in the future.

Super convenient if you are into the more cultural museum area. Fairly easy to get to the red light district as only two stops on the metro. The staff at this hotel made it. Very friendly, extremely helpful and very welcoming.

It was great, super clean, and comfortable. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is great Just notice that you have to pay a 100 euro deposit, but they will refund it next day you leave.

Great Place to Stay

The staff was incredible. They went out of their way to make my stay positive. The single room is small but functional. I did have a nice view. Breakfast was good with many options and they made me breakfast to go when I left early. The location is very convenient to public transport, including the bus to the airport at Schiphol.
