It is basically a crack den. Only nice thing is the staff and location. Rooms are unclean, blood stained sheets, mould on bathroom floor. It waa pretty dire, felt really unsafe.

Nada coincide con las fotos, la habitación es una porqueria con olor a humedad, no puedes ni caminar dentro de lo pequeño que es, no servia la luz (nunca se apagaba), la ventana tampoco, las paredes estan con cemento nada más, sabanas y almohadas sucias.

Great place

We stayed in a double room and it was all we needed the shower was great and the reception ladies were amazing thank you ladies. Nice view from the balcony. And close to Dam square.

Location is perfect room was full of mosquitoes got bitten twice on my arm end up killing a couple there was old bugs squashed on the walls the ceilings bathroom door wouldn’t even close walls are made out plaster boards so you here everything next door the stairs are the worst very out dated wouldn’t stay there again

Las fotos no coinciden para nada con las instalaciones, reservamos se supone en un atico, y si era un atico de 3x3 con paredes descuidadas sin pintar, cama vieja, almohadas y sabanas sucias que olian a sudor. Todo el lugar apestaba a humedad, la ventana de la habitación no cerraba y se metia el agua (por que estuvo lloviendo), la luz del baño no se apagaba nunca por que segun era de sensor pero no servia, me sugirieron mantener la puerta cerrada para poder dormir. Reporte todo en recepción y me dijeron que ya sabian que no coincidian las fotos pero que los dueños no querian reparar ni poner las fotos verdaderas, por el dinero que se pago se podria conseguir otro lugar mejor que sea coherente. Me dijo el chico de recepción que solo hay dos habitaciones que se parecen un poco a las fotos publicadas, que las fotos son del hotel cuando inicio mucho antes de pandemia.

There are 73 steep narrow steps up to the room. A nightmare with heavy suitcases. We asked for a twin bed room and got a single with an odd divan which had to serve for a bed. Nice back garden which was quiet.

I wish the state of the stars were included somewhere in the booking. me and my spouse are young and fit and it was difficult for us to get to our room. Also the reception/ check in was confusing. but besides that it was a great place to stay and location.

We stayed on the 3rd floor room 302. The sewage smelled strong on arrival to the room, and the room next door was propped open with no one staying in it. The next morning I woke up, I was covered in bites, my partner counted 78 bites, no exaggeration, of course I thought it was moskito bites, bought some antihistamine and cream and carried on with the holiday. returning home to the u.k the bites still looked angry and not normal, went to a pharmacist first who said book an urgent doctors appointment, doctor said bed bug bites. THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH NESTS OF BED BUGS, THE DOCTOR SAID HE HAD NEVER SEEN SOMEONE COVERED THIS BADL

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and helpful, providing great customer service throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the quality of the rooms did not meet expectations. While the pricing is affordable, the accommodations reflect this—rooms were quite dated and dim, and the actual appearance did not match the photos shown online. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, which is a definite plus. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe at times, particularly in the evenings. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, but the condition of the rooms and the location may be considerations for future guests.
