The most comfortable beds! Small double rooms with a tiny bathroom but a window and a kettle, fan, towels. Clean, luggage storage for before check in if you’re in early. around the block from the Museumplein tram station.

Proximity to main destinations. Conveniency. Other than that, hotel rooms are what you pay for. Tiny, but charming. Hôtel is situated in a very calm and cute residential neighborhood, away from the noise. Yet, the tram stop is only 5 minutes away. In terms of hotel service, nothing stood out: normal. Pointing out our room was not cleaned or tidied up after day one. Just the towels were changed. Not even the cups for the tea or coffee. Otherwise, good experience.

The only thing to be aware of about this property, as with many European buildings, is that the stairs are extremely steep. There is an elevator, but some levels still require that you are able to navigate them.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. There is an elevator and the street is quiet. The rooms are classically small like traditional European hotels.

It's well decorated and styled, clean, nice amenities and extras, lovely staff and good breakfast. In a lovely location too, but there is no escaping that it's an old, cramped and poorly sound proofed building and no amount of nice hand soap will compensate for that.

The hotel was very clean and in a quiet but in close proximity to museums and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy choices. My room was a bit small but quiet cozy. I would stay there again.

The property is quite good. The rooms are not cleaned regularly. And they have a ask only policy which is good but even after two days you ask, the rooms are not refreshed (no beds were made. Only fresh towels were provided (good) and dustbins cleaned (good). Their reception staff is amazing always ready to help. Loved them, they are the reason why I enjoyed the stay. The public transportation connection is great another great feature of this hotel, the lovely surroundings make it even more exceptional.

Staff were excellent. Very accommodating and helpful. We also rented bikes from them which was very convenient. Rooms are small but have everything you need and the bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have bedside tables and the a/c was difficult to figure out.

We booked the 2 double bed room. This is not a room which holds 4 people! There is one double bed and a sofa bed (which was made up upon arrival) There is no room for anything else. Also no fridge to store drinks incl milk. No long life milk provided either. The bathroom is also too small for 4 people. The staircase into the hotel is steep and absolutely no way to carry your cases up the stairs in the hotel. Only way up is via one lift. I wouldn’t stay here again. And then the kicker on checkout is the 10% tourist tax. Thanks Amsterdam.
