The room had a mirror to see the canals. The view from the room was not directly very nice but that's alright. Got a shaving kit on request. The coffee in the lobby is good. Wifi is good too. Staff were helpful and printed out stuff I needed. Can see myself returning! Good location too.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Lovely friendly staff , well balanced location and the night views are spectacular.
Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy.
Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening.
Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button.
The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated.
However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient.
FYI. This is not a hotel. It’s a hostel. Get into the location is complicated enough, but it doesn’t get any better when you get inside. The rooms are terrible and very old.
Hotel ground floor entrance was not particularly inviting or inspiring, it is down an alleyway which was not illuminated at night and there was a lot of building work going on. That said, the hotel itself, which is on the 7th and 8th floor of the building, was much more inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Overall, would definitely stay again.
Nice hotel located by the water. Small but cute room but sadly there is a construction site at the moment and it waa really loud from early morning til afternoon. But the rest was fine and the staff really kind and helpful.
Great location and very good transport links to central. Staff very friendly and warm. There was a construction site next door but was fine. Breakfast good and room was in good shape.
Our experience at Amadi Panorama was top flight. Staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, the room was ideal for a brief stay (special kudos to the high ceilings and unique light fixtures), and it was quiet and peaceful to be just outside the city, though remarkably convenient to get to Centraal. I will be visiting again upon a return trip to Amsterdam, and I will be recommending to friends as well.
Good location, near tram station which make it conveniently to go to central.
Guess parking is also convenient.
Breakfast quality was good with multiple choices; breakfast time could be start earlier to accommodate peoples who start early on the day.
Set in a lovely area, quiet but with plenty of amenities within a two minute walk. Gorgeous views from the room as well. The staff were all very pleasant, and helpful, even offering me somewhere to store my cheese! The bed was comfy, though I wasn’t a fan of the mattress topper, but it was easy enough to pop off for my couple of nights. I’d be more than happy to stay here again.
The hotel was clean and it was in a quiet neighbourhood. Tramline 26 went to central every 7-10 minutes. The staff where very helpfull and free coffee and hot chocolate was a plus!
Room was very nice overall aside from white curtains in the room and black blinds in bathroom were dirty. Staff were all friendly and approachable. Appreciated the fresh fruit and unlimited tea and coffee available.
