Stayed for 4N/5D and increasing things got disappointing for us. Had booked a “new sweet room” which was clearly mentioned to be air conditioned however pls be prepared to have a climate controller unit instead which doesnt cool at all . Wrong room specifications by hotel. Were provided 2 mini fans which saved grace fm the sweaty uncomfortable disrupted sleep the first nite. There is no garbage can inside the room at all so all garbage was collected and left on the table for housekeeping but they didnt collect them ! Rest of the days we threw our garbage on the floor ( a practice I personally am v uncomfortable with) for housekeeping to cleanup. One nite we ordered pizza from room and were told that there was no room service so we shud expect a callto let us know when to get to recption to pay and collect. Someone had turned off the ringer of the phone in our room so we didnt get any rings at all. When we called to inquire after about half hr we were spoken to rudely and handed a stone cold pizza. The pizza itself was amazing . The following nite we wanted to order again and the reception lady rudely told us to get ourselves to place the order at reception because they wudnt start making it without payment.some other things to bear in mind-X water bottles,X slippers,mattress moves on its on ! IBIS is officially cancelled from my travel plans.
