This hotel was a delight to stay for two nights. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to medeu was an excellent addition. The lodge itself was nice and clean, comfortable and the breakfast delivered to your room was a nice touch. We struggled to get the sauna working on the first night but this was fixed within minutes. The restaurant located on site whilst is aesthetically pleasing is not for everyone’s taste. Room serving options were good though.

Great generously sized room, helpful reception staff and super speedy and good laundry team. Breakfast was nice. Steam room, sauna and pool were nice.

It is a very comfortable hotel, in good shape and with very helpful staff. Whenever we had a question or request, they were ready to assist us. The rooms were clean and well kept, all necessary stuff was in the room available. The location of the hotel is on the edge of the centre. We love to walk and therefore it was not an issue for us to access the main sights. Also every day there were local taxi drivers offering their services around the hotel.
